Executive Chef Giovanni Lanzante has planned three diverse evenings with menus to delight the palate and inspire your holiday planning, all of which can be enjoyed together as an immersive 3-night experience or a la carte to your Vermejo stay.

This is a wonderful opportunity to purchase your favorite wines for gifting, holiday event planning or for your personal enjoyment. Guests of the Vermejo Wine Weekend will receive preferred patron pricing on available wines for purchase, featuring pairing recommendations from Executive Chef Giovanni Lanzante.

Room and Event reservations required and based on availability.

Guests may book the entire weekend experience or select events of their choosing and add individually to their Vermejo stay. Special savings available for full event package reservations made on or before October 15, 2024.
