Rates include meals, beginning with dinner on arrival through breakfast on departure, all non-alcoholic beverages, activities, and guided experiences are included in the cost of your Vermejo stay.

Rates Exclude alcoholic beverages, transfers, elevated excursions, spa services, photo sessions, cooking classes and curated dining experiences.

Additional guides are available to add to an experience for $500 per guide.

~$700 per person, per night is applied if minimum occupancy is exceeded.

Service Fee: a 15% service fee is added to the nightly rate and all services throughout stay. This goes entirely to our service team members, covering all gratuities for your visit.  Ancillary charges such as additional guide fees, alcohol purchases, culinary experiences, spa, etc. are not subject to a 15% service fee.

**Casa Grande Buyout Rate includes exclusive access to rooms and common areas in Casa Grande, and private in-house dining service per request, as well as all activities and elevated excursions.

All Costilla Fishing Lodge guests require and are issued a state fishing license upon arrival. The fee is included in the rate.

Rates are subject to nightly taxes and minimum length of stay requirements.

A deposit of 50% of total reservation including state and local taxes is due at time of booking. A reservation is not confirmed unless it has a deposit on file. All remaining costs including taxes become due and nonrefundable 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation notification must occur at least 61 days prior to your arrival date to receive refunded payment. A 10% fee of your total reservation amount is non-refundable. Reservation reductions such as party size or duration made within 60 days of arrival will not receive rate adjustments

We love pets as much as you do, but due to the disturbance to wildlife caused by domestic pets, as well as predator danger, they are not allowed at Vermejo.
