Renovated to emulate Casa Grande’s elegance, the two-story five-bedroom Bartlett Cottage is an ideal option for an intimate gathering of friends or family. The cottage is equipped with a comfortable living room, wet bar, coffee station, and mini-fridge for your convenience. With four King Suites and one Double-Queen Suite, Bartlett’s spacious bedrooms and bathrooms add to the luxury of this lavishly furnished home.

Named after famed Los Angeles Times publisher Harry Chandler, founder of the illustrious Vermejo club whose membership once included Herbert Hoover and Cecil B. DeMille, the recently remodeled two-story four-bedroom cottage is a charming example of Southwestern grace.
Chandler features a King Suite and a Single Queen Suite downstairs, alongside a welcoming living room and wet bar. Upstairs, it has two Single Queen rooms with private baths.

Rates include meals, beginning with dinner on arrival through breakfast on departure, all non-alcoholic beverages, activities, and guided experiences are included in the cost of your Vermejo stay. Elevated Excursions are also included with Bartlett and Chandler Cottage buyouts.
Rates Exclude alcoholic beverages, transfers, spa services, photo sessions, cooking classes, and curated dining experiences.
Additional guides are available to add to an experience for $500 per guide.

Service Fee: a 15% service fee is added to the nightly rate and all services throughout stay. This goes entirely to our service team members, covering all gratuities for your visit. Ancillary charges such as additional guide fees, alcohol purchases, culinary experiences, spa, etc. are not subject to a 15% service fee.
Rates are subject to nightly taxes and minimum length of stay requirements.
A deposit of 50% of total reservation including state and local taxes is due at time of booking. A reservation is not confirmed unless it has a deposit on file. All remaining costs including taxes become due and nonrefundable 60 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation notification must occur at least 61 days prior to your arrival date to receive refunded payment. A 10% fee of your total reservation amount is non-refundable. Reservation reductions such as party size or duration made within 60 days of arrival will not receive rate adjustments.
We love pets as much as you do, but due to the disturbance to wildlife caused by domestic pets, as well as predator danger, they are not allowed at Vermejo.
